Summary

The Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of business excellence initiatives at the site. This role will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance operational efficiency, and cultivate a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an environment that supports timely and successful implementation of business excellence programs.
• Serve as a change agent to strengthen site culture; lead and motivate employees to achieve multiple objectives with urgency while fostering teamwork.
• Identify, lead, and facilitate process improvement projects, trainings, and workshops to drive cultural and operational improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis; identify key metrics; troubleshoot distribution, warehouse, material flow, production capacity, and facility design challenges.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Actively support and sustain Operational Excellence (OpEx) foundations such as 5S, Visual Factory, and GMP standards.
• Ensure audit compliance for EHS, including safety meeting compliance, zero major audit observations, near-miss reporting, and BBS activities.
• Assist and support management to ensure active employee participation in OpEx activities, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
