About the role

As a Pole to Pit Assessor, you will manage customer requests from initial enquiry through to final delivery. You’ll prepare accurate quotations, produce detailed drawings and job packs, investigate customer concerns and liaise with contractors.

This role is key to ensure safe and compliant works while delivering high quality outcomes and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Producing valid quotations for customer approvals
  • Trade qualifications (Desirable)
  • Ensuring the most cost-effective use of each field resource, therefore maximising customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a high focus on productivity, safety, quality and data integrity.
  • Arranging for necessary repairs (pit upgrades, stolen cables etc) to be done in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints by scoping, liaising with contractors, customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Dealing with complex issues when managing Pole to Pit requests to ensure effective stakeholder management and project implementation
  • Completing daily planning and scheduling for all high transaction work

About You

You are detail-oriented, organised and confident managing multiple requests from start to finish, ensuring safety, accuracy and customer satisfaction.

  • Effective communication both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stake holders including client supervisors and contractors
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and coordinate workloads
  • Current Australian Driver’s License
  • Current Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (VESI) training
