At WSP, we recognise the importance of first impressions and seek an individual who will represent our office with professionalism and excellence. This position extends beyond standard front desk duties, offering the opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact and ensure the efficient operation of our workplace while delivering outstanding service to clients, colleagues, and guests. As an integral member of our dedicated Workplace Team, you will contribute significantly to maintaining our office’s high standards and dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do 

• Be the welcoming face of WSP—set the tone for every visitor. 
• Manage reception and key admin tasks like cost recovery, inductions, visitor management, reporting, courier bookings, and catering. 
• Get hands-on with tech and AV support in client-facing spaces. 
• Keep operations seamless—calls, emails, invoices, security systems, and more. 
• Bring fresh ideas to enhance our workplace experience. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Previous experience in a corporate reception or admin role. 
• Tech-savvy and confident with AV troubleshooting. 
• Calm under pressure, polished, and professional. 
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset. 
• A team player who loves variety and thrives on making things happen. 
• Must have a valid WA driver's licence.
