As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will manage the TA team and end to end talent acquisition processes supporting our commercial, frontline and youth channels, with a focus on partnering with stakeholders across the business to understand talent needs.
We are looking for a hands-on leader that will not only participate in the talent acquisition process, but also coach team members to develop learning and development skills, leadership skills and business acumen. You will be keen to contribute to the collective achievement of the teams’ results, leading by example and helping to contribute to the vision and strategy of the TA team.
Working in a hybrid environment with the office based in North Sydney and reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and People Experience Operations, you will work to identify strategic talent priorities/segments and work collaboratively with Talent and the PEBPs to put plans in place to address these. You will identify and integrate competency frameworks into the talent acquisition process to ensure alignment with organisational requirements.
You will play an instrumental role in positioning TPG Telecom’s Employer Value Proposition to the marketplace and be a brand ambassador for the business.
Knowledge and experience
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition within an in-house and/or agency environment, with the ability to deliver strategic, commercially focused and outcome driven talent solutions. You will be a hands-on leader and a team player, willing to share learnings and insights to the Talent Acquisition and wider People Experience teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement. You will be comfortable working with modern Talent systems and have a keen eye on the latest technologies which could improve our overall TA Tech Stack.
