Your opportunity:
You will collaborate with stakeholders to collect; prioritize & enact system change as well as supporting users through various stages of the development & release cycle. You will use your problem solving and analytical skills to understand issues and work with technical teams to deliver solutions that benefit all impacted users.
You'll make impact by:
- Contribute to scope and shaping platform initiatives, working with various stakeholders and delivery teams
- Use various analytic tools to quantify value, track KPIs and the success of initiatives
- Work closely with operational and support teams to understand root cause for repeat incident and defects as input into strategic solutions
- Support technical change processes, identifying and communicating impacts to impacted user groups
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience of contact centre / retail applications and technologies
- Strong Customer Service focus and commitment
- Ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities
- A logical and methodical approach must be demonstrated along with strong administrative and interpersonal skills
- Verbal and written communication skills of a high standard, including the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated use of initiative, planning, innovative decision making and problem-solving skills
Ideally, you will also have:
- High level knowledge of project methodologies and system development lifecycle is desirable.
- Experience in online, mobile app or CRM platform performance
- Comfortable using various analytics tools
