The opportunity

Assist the National Account Manager and wider sales team with the development and execution of tactical business plans, growth and maintenance of partner relationships, as well as supporting the daily administrative needs of each of the key accounts. You will be tasked with facilitating the execution and roll-out of new products and promotions in stores, as well as working with our field sales force


  •  Manage reporting and general account administration to ensure established sales processes are maintained
  • Assist in the development and deployment of promotional calendars that achieve and exceed connection and recharge targets
  • Build and preserve a forecasting procedure that guarantees precision
  • Support the management of the field team to ensure execution compliance and performance metrics are exceeded, down to store level
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, as well as with the buying teams of our key strategic retail partners
  • Help manage conference and other trade event schedules
  • Support account managers with maintenance of other ad hoc admin. requirements.

Knowledge and experience

  • Ideally the successful candidate will have 3+years FMCG sales and/or telco related experience coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong cross functional skills to drive alignment and execution excellence
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Strong channel execution skills
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
