TPG Telecom is embarking on an exciting journey to transform its businesses towards improved business agility and agile “ways-of-working”. As a Business Transformation lead, you will be leading a multi-stage design and execution process where you will be co-facilitating and co-designing the new operating model for our business/tribe, key interactions and delivery model within it.
Being adaptable, managing change and maintaining resilience is key to success for all of us at TPG. Due to the dynamic nature of the business your responsibilities may change over time as the business evolves. Responsibilities include working with a broad senior stakeholder group, GMs, Tribe Leaders, Practice and Chapter Leads and the transformation team, designing the operating model and associated key processes and interactions for the in-scope areas. You will work alongside other transformation leads taking ownership of activities within the business transformation roadmap.
As Business Transformation Lead, you will always be on the lookout to improve the way we work, and speak up with suggestions for a better way, with the aim of exceeding our customers’ expectations. You will lead the practice and chapter designs for the proposed practices and chapters, establishing group wide frameworks for the same. The Business Transformation Lead will partner with the PE team to identify and address any transition risks for our people and inform the design and identify organisational impediments to a successful adoption of transformation directives and work with leadership team to create strategies to overcome them.
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in designing and implementing a new operating model/delivery model based on Agile principles. Additionally, you will have strong acumen in human capital, people experience and organisation design strategies and a solid background in utilizing agile frameworks and implementing them at scale. Experience in telco domain is desirable but not mandatory.
