About the role
As our part-time Creative Content Producer – Video & Design, you’ll l create short-form content across our social channels with a focus on TikTok and Reels. Working closely with our Social Media Manager you’ll bring felix’s bold, playful tone to life through highly engaging videos -filming, editing, and even appearing on camera when needed. You’ll collaborate with the Brand & Marketing team to brainstorm ideas, jump on social trends, and translate brand campaigns into platform-native content. You’ll have experience with promotional moments will and static conversion assets.
You’ll have a keen eye for design and know how to use the tools dipping in to help deliver high-quality visual design work to support key visuals across campaigns when required - ensuring our look stays sharp and cohesive across the board.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish original short-form video content optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and more.
- Plan, film, edit and animate social-first video content, often using just a phone and your editing software of choice.
- Stay across social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats - and bring new content ideas to the table weekly.
- Collaborate with the creative and brand teams on campaign execution, branded storytelling, and promotional moments.
- Occasionally jump in front of the camera to represent the felix brand in an authentic, engaging way.
- Edit and adapt paid media content based on platform data and audience engagement.
- Provide design support as needed - across EDMs, website, paid media and print.
What you bring
- 2–4 years experience in content production, videography, or creative design - agency or in-house.
- A strong reel or portfolio showcasing short-form, social-first video content that demonstrates your editing, filming and storytelling ability.
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut (After Effects a plus); confident shooting with an iPhone or DSLR.
- ·Up-to-date understanding of social platforms and what makes content land - particularly on TikTok and Instagram, including safe-zones and formats.
- Bonus points for being comfortable on camera, delivering VO, or directing talent.
- Experience in graphic design and visual asset creation, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Ability to work autonomously, juggle multiple deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced, ever-evolving brand environment.
- A passion for sustainability and purpose-led brands - and making great creative that does good.
- Working knowledge of Figma is a plus.
