What’s the opportunity?

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team at Telstra Health. In this 12-month contract role, you’ll play a critical part in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that elevate our brand, deepen customer engagement, and drive demand generation across our digital health portfolio.

About the Role:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing and optimising integrated B2B marketing campaigns that drive awareness, generate demand, and support the full customer lifecycle. You’ll be hands-on with campaign planning, content development, and stakeholder engagement — all while ensuring alignment with our broader commercial and brand goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and applying market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, events, and email aligned to the customer buying journey.
  • Crafting high-impact marketing content such as brochures, case studies, videos, and digital assets.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Tracking, reporting, and optimising campaign performance based on data and insights.
  • Exploring new marketing technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and engagement

About You

You’re a strategic and hands-on B2B marketer who’s passionate about using creativity, insights, and technology to drive measurable outcomes. You enjoy working in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments and know how to deliver value to both your stakeholders and your audience.

You will have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation, ideally directly using marketing automation tools and crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
  • A resilient, self-starting attitude and a strong track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and report on campaign impact.
  • Experience in the healthcare, technology, or financial services sectors is highly regarded.
  • A creative approach to solving problems and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Commitment, accountability, and the ability to thrive in a complex and evolving environment.
