Reporting to the Future Supply Network Program Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Project Execution & Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of complex operational workstreams (construction, automation, warehouse fit-out, etc.).
- Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Manage vendor plans and monitor progress against key delivery milestones.
- Operational Readiness Interface: Work closely with the Commissioning Lead to align project delivery with operational go-live requirements.
- Financial Management: Monitor scope changes, financial impacts, variations and maintains financial records to agreed requirements for compliance and audit.
- Benefits Management: Lead activities required for the realisation of the benefits of each part of the change program.
- Change Management: Follows standard techniques to investigate and analyze the size, nature and impact of changes to operational activities.
The preferred location for this role is Melbourne, based at our newly built automated distribution centre in Truganina, with the option to work in a hybrid arrangement. However, we’re also open to candidates located in Brisbane (Strathpine support office).
About you

- Strong vendor management and coordination capability, specifically in automation and warehousing environments
- Experience in managing RAID logs, integrated master schedules, and financial tracking tools
- Proven ability to lead in complex, vendor-led delivery environments involving multiple external parties and integration points
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, site readiness, and commissioning cycles
