In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end audit process, providing assurance and advisory support while engaging with stakeholders across our retail and supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Lead and deliver internal audits across a wide range of business areas, including supply chain, retail operations, finance, compliance, and IT.
  • Develop and present risk-based audit plans, scope documents, and reporting in line with Internal Audit methodologies and professional standards.
  • Provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Partner with functional leaders across the business to drive improvements and add value beyond assurance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
  • Play an active role in building a strong audit culture, in a flexible work environment. 

About You…We are looking for an Internal Audit professional who thrives in a hands-on, lean team environment where agility, collaboration, and professional judgment are key. 

You will bring:

  • Strong communication skills, professional curiosity, and enthusiasm.
  • Experience in Internal Audit, either within industry (retail/supply chain preferred) or professional services (Big 4 / mid-tier firm).
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and internal control frameworks.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end audit cycle, including stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate technical audit findings into practical business solutions.
  • CA/CPA, CIA, or other relevant professional qualification.
