We’re accelerating 4WD & Touring at BCF – a game-changing addition to our outdoor offering – and we’re on the hunt for a commercially sharp, forward-thinking Business Manager to build it from the ground up. You’ll be setting the course, building aggressive growth plans, and turning a blank canvas into a high-performing, market-leading business unit. What you’ll be doing

  • Own the strategy – Develop and execute a Business Unit plan that drives sales, profitability, and category differentiation in the market.
  • Shape the range – Lead customer-led product development, range planning, and sourcing strategies that unlock value and margin growth.
  • Drive performance – Deliver sales, GP, and inventory targets through sharp pricing, promotional planning, and business efficiencies.
  • Lead the team – Inspire, develop, and lead a high performing team to achieve stretch goals and build a strong succession pipeline Fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Partner for success – Build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders, trade partners, and senior leaders to bring big ideas to life.
  • Be the change-maker – Turn a new category into a profit engine, creating a platform for the next era of BCF growth.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a Business Manger, Category Manager or equivalent role, ideally with 10+ years of commercial leadership.
  • A track record in delivering sales, GP, and inventory targets in a fast-moving retail environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, strategy, and leadership skills – with the confidence to challenge and the vision to inspire.
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and anticipate roadblocks before they appear.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple stakeholders in to drive alignment and execution.
  • A data-driven and customer-first mindset, with the ability to translate insights into strategic actions that align with evolving consumer preferences.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • A passion for 4WD, caravanning, or the great outdoors is a bonus – but commercial brilliance is what we really want.
