As the Business Services Manager at Clarence Correctional Centre, you will play a pivotal role in the leadership and management of the Centre. You will oversee the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of essential services, including facilities management, industries activity, catering, and logistics. Your leadership will ensure that the Centre operates efficiently and that all partnerships and contracts are commercially viable and aligned with Serco's values

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent. Trade or postgraduate qualifications are desirable.
- Experience: Senior management role in a correctional, detention, or similar environment. Proven track record in managing diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and strategic partnerships.
- Skills: Strong analytical, financial, and organisational skills. High-level consultation, communication, and negotiation skills. Excellent people and customer service skills
- Knowledge: Familiarity with legislative requirements, Codes of Practice, HACCP, and Australian Standards relevant to a correctional centre
- Attributes:Leadership disposition, sound judgment, high personal integrity, and respect for diversity.
