As a Workforce Coordinator in our Operational Support Centre (OSC) team, you’ll play a key role in optimising staff utilisation, strategic and operational workforce planning, and ensuring roster compliance with industrial awards across the business. Supporting Serco contracts across Australia, you’ll deliver key insights and recommendations that shape our workforce strategy and help achieve contract KPIs. Workforce Planning - 40%
Strategic workforce analysis - 30%

As a Workforce Coordinator in the OSC team, you’ll make a positive impact by:
- Managing end-to-end roster processes, including building, optimising, and maintaining rosters
- Maximising staff utilisation and recommending strategies to meet service delivery KPIs
- Ensuring rosters align with industrial instruments and Serco policies
- Providing reports and analytics to inform recruitment decisions
- Driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the business

To be successful in this role you’ll have:
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Experience with workforce management methodologies and Workforce Management Software systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks under pressure and maintain attention to detail
