About the Role

As a Health & Fitness Instructor at Carlton Baths, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives and fostering a culture of well-being. In this pivotal role, you'll inspire, motivate, and educate individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals, providing personalised support tailored to their unique needs. With your strong leadership skills and passion for customer service, you'll create a supportive and inclusive environment where every member feels valued and engaged. Enjoy the flexibility of a casual position while experiencing the fulfillment of positively impacting lives every day.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate is $38.34 per hour + Superannuation + Y Benefits.

About You

You embody the spirit of encouragement and support, inspiring our diverse clientele to adopt healthy, active behaviors. Your passion for member growth and exceptional customer service shines through as you engage with our community across the gym floor and beyond.

Essential Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent
• Current Fitness Registration
• CPR Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
