Join our team at rebel Bankstown as a Part-Time Instore Visual Merchandiser! Work in an A-grade store alongside a supportive team of 41 and 3 experienced managers. We’re looking for someone with strong visual merchandising experience, attention to detail, great customer service skills, and a positive attitude. This role is for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, offering free parking and easy access to public transport in a top-level shopping destination.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the key responsibilities will include:

• Working in a fast-paced environment to produce VM solutions for our store of the highest standard
• Training and developing our team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded)
• Working with the Store Manager and VM leaders in our business to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are met
• Working as part of a team to ensure our customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety being at the forefront of everything we do

About you

• You have strong experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store environment
• You have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team
• Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to work with stakeholders at all levels
• You are a team player, who has an eye for detail with a creative flair
