As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you’ll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store’s profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Inventory experience in retail is a bonus, but transferable skills from leading teams, managing stock flow or improving operations in any fast‑paced environment are highly valued
• A strong understanding of inventory control and the ability to maintain accuracy and flow in a busy back‑of‑house setting
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
• Skills in training and achieving results.
