We’re opening a brand-new rCX rebel store in Bathurst, NSW, and we’re looking for not one, but two energetic and hands-on Assistant Store Managers to help us launch it!
- Customer Service Manager – Lead the front-of-house team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and foster a culture of service excellence.
- Inventory Manager – Take charge of stock flow, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house operations to keep the store running smoothly.

Our Managers are key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Management/ leadership experience
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
