About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Property Manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience to lead a substantial residential portfolio in Brisbane. This is more than just a job—it's a chance to elevate your career while embracing a sunnier, more affordable lifestyle.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a Large Residential Portfolio – Full end-to-end management across leasing, maintenance, arrears, inspections, renewals, and compliance.
• Lead & Mentor – Work closely with two experienced assistants and provide guidance and support to help them thrive.
• Build Strong Relationships – Liaise with a diverse landlord and tenant base, many of whom speak Mandarin as a first language.
• Problem Solve with Confidence – Handle tenancy issues, manage disputes, and ensure compliance with QLD legislation.
• Drive Improvements – Contribute to process efficiencies and service delivery enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management (NSW or interstate experience welcome—training in QLD legislation provided).
• Confident communicator in Mandarin and English.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Desire to lead and step into a more senior, autonomous role.
