P&G is looking for a Scientist with experience with working in a GMP laboratory.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and write technical GMP documents for pre-market and confirmatory stability programs for Personal Health Care and New Chapter Dietary Supplements and manage stability placements.
  • Manage study amendments and deviations for changes to GMP studies. Enter and peer review stability data in P&G Nexus LIMS system.
  • Evaluate data and communicate to the business.
  • Write formal stability reports and gain approvals. These documents must meet all GMP requirements as they are subject to FDA and Health Canada audit review. 
  • Work with Analytical to resolve stability out of specification and out of trend results and recommend next steps.
  • Work with business partners to define product families and write corresponding technical rationales to support classification of specific products into respective families.
  • Attend technical project meetings and provide guidance on stability topics.
  • Keep Analytical and Stability SOPs updated and current.
  • Knowledge of Nexus needed to define Process & Formulation batch creation in Nexus to resolve issues and ensure all required information is documented in the system.

Required Qualifications:

  • MS or PhD in Analytical Chemistry with at least 10 years working experience in a GMP laboratory.
  • Subject Matter Expert with at least 5 years’ experience in Stability Sciences designing stability studies and writing technical documents suitable for FDA/Health Canada requirements.
  • In depth knowledge in GMP regulations for Dietary Supplements, specifically 21 CFR Part 111.
  • In depth technical product understanding of Dietary Supplement and botanical ingredients.
