P&G is looking for an Administrator for a temporary contract to handle basic administration duties using Coupa Purchase Order system.

Responsibilities of Role:

  • Open and close Purchase Orders
  • Maintain file of proof of performance for each purchase order
  • Troubleshoot purchase orders as needed.
  • Prepare expense reports and perform administrative scheduling duties as time allows.

Required Skills and Experiences:

  • Ideal candidate will have worked in P&G before and will know how to use Coupa
  • Microsoft Outlook with some background in administrative duties.
  • Open to candidates who will need to learn.
