A P&G Account Executive will be responsible for:
- Responsible for acting as the single point of contact for business or function for Global Business Development activities, including strategic influence for business development.
- Establishes and maintains business relationships with internal and external customers.
- Ensures the business needs of the customers are satisfied.
- Ensures that initiatives are met in a timely manner and within a prescribed budget.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks such as providing key support for managing relationships with customers and/or third-party vendors and resolving customer issues.
- May also be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records and collecting, tracking, and reporting data on key metrics related to the account/client.
- Successful candidates can turn raw data into actionable conclusions.
- Use analytical tools and integrating various data systems to develop new insights and provides input into retailer category strategy.
- Is the point of brand and category expertise with our customers - serving as a trusted business advisor.
- Contributes by innovating new solutions to complex business challenges while owning and managing significant customer accounts
Must have:
- This ESS QA role requires expert QA capability of highly regulated businesses and analyzing/interpreting Board of Health guidelines, understanding best practices at Contract Manufacturers, and principles for applying these requirements.
- With the urgent business needs, the successful individual should have previous work experience in health care industry across multiple regulatory categories and with previous work experience in PHC.
- Working knowledge of P&G digital platforms used for CM production (e.g., Enovia, Veeva)
- Background in Enovia and Veeva.
- Working knowledge of P&G policies, SOPs, and CM product release & consumer complaint work processes.
- Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Familiarity with GMP & Regulations, Ability to Learn Software and Programs Quickly.
