A NA Energy BTA P2P Support will support North America Energy Purchases, part of the global Capital & Energy (GC&E) OU, is a fun, fast paced and dynamic space. 

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing commodity codes across systems to ensure accuracy of reports
  • Owning the Vendor Master Data (VMD) process and updates across our pool of vendors
  • Owning P2P support for 5 buyers.
  • Some of the P2P work includes annual creation of Coupa webforms/contracts and resolving invoice issues as they arise.
  • Work with SPPO, suppliers and site P2P contacts on timely resolution of any invoice related issues to ensure plant utilities are not disconnected.
  • Additional responsibilities as Energy markets evolve and the business needs change. 

Systems and processes knowledge:

  • SAP, TPRM, Aravo, Quantum (3rd Party Invoice data system which we will provide training on), iSourcing/iContract, Invoice Resolution, FI processing
