Plant Operational/Technical Consultant will review existing guide content (preventative maintenance tasks, trouble shooting guides, cleaning guides, operating procedures, etc.), partner with existing operators to evaluate guides and missing content, then recommend improvements. This is a three-month contract position.
Prior P&G plant experience preferred
Basic Converting Operational skills
Basic Mechanical Skills – Equipment Preventive Maintenance Inspections, Basic Hand tool use , Bearing replacement, Basic Troubleshooting Skills
Computer skills - Ability to use Word, Excel, Ability to quickly learn Plant Manufacturing Systems, Prefer SAP Skills
Problem solving skills required
Contractors will need to provide their own PPE, gloves, steel toe boots
Approximate 40-50 hours per week
7am – 7pm or split shifts coverage – 9am -9pm est.
The occasional weekend shift may be required
