The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Specialist Business Systems to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working from our East Perth office. This is an immediate start for someone who enjoys being close to the business, making systems work better for people, and taking real ownership of service delivery.
In this role, you’ll sit within our Business Technology team and play a critical part in supporting and optimising our portfolio of SaaS business applications. You’ll be the go-to escalation point for complex issues, working closely with end users, business owners, and third-party vendors to keep systems running smoothly and continuously improving.
This is a hands-on role that blends technical problem solving with relationship building. From incident resolution and service requests to system optimisation and knowledge sharing, you’ll have genuine influence over how our business systems perform and evolve.
About You:
You’re a calm, capable problem solver who enjoys digging into systems, understanding how people use them, and finding practical solutions that make work easier. You take pride in delivering reliable service, communicating clearly, and following through - even when issues are complex or time critical.
You’re comfortable operating at a Level 2 support capacity, confidently diagnosing functional issues, managing incidents, and working within structured service management processes. You enjoy collaborating with Level 1 support, mentoring where needed, and contributing to a strong, shared knowledge base.
Ideally, you bring experience supporting multiple SaaS applications in an enterprise environment and are familiar with ITIL aligned practices, incident and problem management, and change control. You’re confident engaging directly with vendors, translating business needs into technical outcomes, and helping stakeholders get the best value from their systems.
If you enjoy working in a service driven environment, value continuous improvement, and want a role where your expertise genuinely matters to the business - we’d love to hear from you.
