ABOUT YOU

Your role as a LEAD CRM STREAM : 

  • Responsible for successfully managing the delivery of the CRM solution within the CX Transformation Program.
  • Lead the phased rollout of the CRM solution, with each phase encompassing planning, requirements gathering, design, development, documentation, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
  • Monitor resource availability, prioritisation and allocation, both internal and third party, to maintain the milestone deliverables of the new CRM solution.
  • Organise project delivery by managing scope, schedule, resources, monitoring progress and addressing issues that arise.
  • Ensure CRM solution complies with data governance, privacy, and security standards throughout delivery.
  • Lead the relevant internal management meetings and stand ups in connection with the relevant business capability.
  • Encourage open communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and implement actionable improvements.
  • Promote metrics and feedback loops to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct risk-based reviews to inform decisions where competing priorities result in baseline deviations.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, delivery progress and risks to the CX Transformation Projects Manager and participate in status and review meetings.
  • Adopt and promote the use of Agile principles and practices.
  • Completion of further ad hoc tasks, as directed, to ensure the successful delivery of the projects. 

We are seeking a candidate who has the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, technology, or other related discipline.
  • Project management qualifications or relevant Project experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing technology solution.
  • Previous experience in delivering CRM solution.
  • Experience delivering large transformation projects within the agreed project constraints.
