New Employer Specialist - Workplace Rehabilitation & Health

Reporting directly to the National Manager of Psychology & NES, the New Employer Specialist is a new position created to oversee the governance, performance & training of our New Employer teams. This role is responsible for upholding the highest of standards for our NES clients and will work in conjunction with the Team Leaders & Regional Managers. This includes assisting to continually improve staff competency in support of our client’s engagement and work participation is maximised and customer outcomes are supported so that referrals increase within the division.

Your duties will include:

  • Review and auditing of all New Employer files nationally
  • Conducting LMA & NE RTW plan reviews
  • Providing feedback & training to NES consultants
  • Overseeing & conducting employer direct marketing & job development opportunities
  • Monitoring & approval of all specialist job seeking & scheme specific vocational programs and incentives
  • Contribute to Learning and Development resources and training topics as requested by the General Manager, to ensure continual improvement within the clinical lead area, inclusive of service delivery, templates, policies and procedures.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health (preferred)
  • 4+ years delivering New Employer Services
  • Vehicle & drivers license
