About the role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Service Desk Engineer for our team in South Melbourne.
What you'll do:
- Providing first class IT support across the entire oOh! Media network (900 users located throughout Australia and New Zealand)
- Supporting and maintaining all technology infrastructure including hardware break-fix requests, laptops (Windows/MAC), Office365 & Active Directory Administration, Microsoft Office suite (Outlook / Teams / SharePoint/Word etc), Zoom, Mimecast, Adobe Suite
- Managing tickets within ServiceNow and contributing to the team knowledgebase articles
- Ensuring ITSM processes and governance policies are followed
- Managing and enriching 3rd party relationships with vendors, suppliers, and support contractors
- Working between our South Melbourne office and Noble Park Warehouse closely with our Revenue and Growth and Network Operations Teams respectively.
- Supporting the implementation of new technology, and contributing to internal projects
- Reporting into the Service Delivery Manager based in Sydney as part of our Technology Operations Team
The Experience:
- 3+ years of experience providing Level 1 & 2 technical service desk support
- Strong problem-solving mindset to effectively resolve user issues
- Ability to contribute innovative technology solutions to the Tech Team and broader business
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills to provide an unmissable level of service to oOh!
- Team player who collaborates to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Naturally curious with a love for learning and growth
