About the opportunity:
Based in North Sydney, we are currently seeking an experienced Platforms & Operations Executive to join the team. As a Platforms & Operations Executive, you will be coordinating the efficient operation, maintenance, and governance of digital platforms within the sales, trading, and delivery function. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and performance of various software systems and platforms to support business objectives and enable the requirements of integrations into agency planning tools.
Key responsibilities and experience:
- Manage and monitor the performance and functionality of existing platforms, applications, internal systems and third party intermediaries, to ensure optimal user experiences and system stability
- Coordinate with digital delivery team, to plan and execute platform updates, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving business needs
- Work with Platforms & Operations Manager to evaluate and recommend suitable digital platforms, tools, and software solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Work with risk mitigation team, to implement security protocols and ensure platforms comply with data protection regulations and industry standards
- Engage with external vendors and maintain positive relationships to support platform-related services
- Utilise data analytics and performance metrics to assess platform effectiveness and propose data-driven improvements.
Experience and responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in digital operations
- Proficient in analysing campaign data and using analytics tools to extract insights and optimize campaign performance, where needed
- Experience of verification and platforms
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory guidelines related to digital advertising
