As we continue to strengthen our position in a fast moving market, we're looking for a results driven Regional Operations Sales Manager to join our high performing team in Brisbane. This is your opportunity to drive dealer performance and sales strategy execution, helping to shape the future of Nissan.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage sales performance across your assigned dealer network within the region.
  • Drive dealer engagement and performance to meet and exceed vehicle sales, market share, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Execute national sales strategies at a regional level and localise initiatives based on market dynamics.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and dealer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support dealers in delivering Nissan’s brand promise and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Aftersales, and Network Development teams to deliver aligned regional objectives.
  • Coach, mentor, and influence dealer leadership teams to elevate business performance.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales operations, preferably in a regional or national capacity.
  • Strong understanding of dealer network management and performance levers.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
