We are seeking a Report and Document Designer to play a pivotal role in our Contract Management System (CMS) Replacement Project-a major transformation initiative modernising how we manage customer and contract information.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing both system-generated documents and reports used within the new CMS, as well as collaborating with Data Warehouse (DWH) engineers to design and deliver operational and business reports drawn from the DWH. Your work will directly shape how the organisation communicates with customers, meets compliance requirements, and uses data-driven insights to support decision-making.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical specialists to deliver high quality, accurate, and user friendly reports and templates that align with business needs, regulatory obligations, and brand standards.

About Project Aurora

Project Aurora is Nissan Financial Services’ largest transformation project for Australia and New Zealand and it is replacing ageing legacy systems with a unified Contract Management System (CMS); Netsol Ascent. Nissans significant investment in the sector continues to pave the way for ongoing expansion and stability, establishing it as an excellent workplace.

Who we’re looking for:

You are an experienced Report & Document Designer who combines strong technical skills with a passion for creating documents and reports that are clear, compliant, and customer-focused. You thrive in complex, regulated environments and know how to balance business, legal, and branding needs to deliver high-quality outputs.

  • Proven experience in designing and developing business documents and reports in a regulated industries (e.g. finance, insurance, government or similar).
  • Strong skills in layout, formatting, and template configuration skills within a document generation or reporting tool (prior experience with vendor-managed CMS platforms highly regarded).
  • Familiarity with operational documents and communications, such as customer letters, statements, and regulatory notices.
  • A solid understanding of compliance frameworks including the Privacy Act, CCC, AML/CTF, and responsible lending obligations.
  • Excellent ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical, legal, and branding requirements into clean, accessible templates.
  • Meticulaous attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Experience with UAT or system testing advantageous but not essential.
  • Qualification in Design, Business, Communications, or Information Systems is desirable but not mandatory with relevant experience.
