We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy for our Contract Management System (CMS) Replacement Project – a business-critical initiative that will transform how we manage customer and contract information.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end testing function, from defining the strategy through to execution and reporting. You will lead a dedicated test team, coordinate with project and business stakeholders, and ensure that integrations, functionality, and performance meet the highest standards.

This is a high-impact role where your expertise will be central to delivering a system that the business can trust. By championing best-practice testing methodologies, automation opportunities, and risk-based test planning, you will play a pivotal role in achieving successful go-live and long-term system stability.

About Project Aurora

Project Aurora is Nissan Financial Services’ largest transformation project for Australia and New Zealand and it is replacing ageing legacy systems with a unified Contract Management System (CMS); Netsol Ascent. Nissans significant investment in the sector continues to pave the way for ongoing expansion and stability, establishing it as an excellent workplace.

 Who we’re looking for:

You are a seasoned testing professional who thrives on leading quality assurance in complex transformation programs. You bring both the technical depth to design robust testing strategies and the leadership to inspire teams and stakeholders to deliver with confidence.

•  Significant experience leading testing in large-scale IT transformation or system replacement programs, ideally as a Test Manager, Senior Test Lead, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in system integration testing, end-to-end business testing, and UAT coordination.
• Hands-on experience with test planning, execution, defect management and reporting for multiple testing phases.
• Familiarity with test automation tools — experience with Tosca is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing testing teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business functions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
