Title: Recruiter 1

Location: Salem, OR

Duration: 6 months contract

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The nature of the work is focused on the company's human capital. This role involves developing, implementing and maintaining talent acquisition channels, Internet tools and social media platforms for recruiting and diversity initiatives. The successful candidate will continuously evolve a sourcing process along with pipeline specific sourcing frameworks, talent acquisition channels and candidate relationship efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain sourcing effectiveness metrics, preferred vendor evaluations and assessments
  • Consult with Talent Acquisition Managers and Recruiters on optimal resources
  • Negotiate agreements and partner with Procurement
  • Maintain directory of partners
  • Provide sourcing tools and training to include ROI measures
  • Expand the use of Web 2.0 Channels for recruiting
  • Review performance of Channel strategy
  • Assist in the creation of appropriate budgets and business case for continued investment

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience.

  • PhD or Law + 1 year experience
  • Master's + 0-3 years experience
  • Associate's degree + 1-3 years experience
  • High School + 3-5 years experience

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be teachable and willing to learn
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must have good communication skills (will primarily be communicating with store leaders)
  • Workday experience would be nice
