🍫 About the Role

We are seeking a commercially astute and hands-on Finance Business Partner – Supply Chain to join our Finance team.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a senior finance role with end-to-end responsibility for the financial management of our manufacturing and supply chain operations. Acting as a trusted advisor to Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Procurement leaders, you'll combine strong technical finance expertise with commercial insight to influence decision-making, improve performance and drive operational efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the entire supply chain, from standard costing and inventory management through to strategic planning, business partnering and continuous improvement initiatives.

🍫 What You'll Be Doing

• Partner with Operations, Production, Supply Chain and Procurement leaders to provide commercial and financial insight
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across manufacturing and supply chain functions
• Own and maintain the standard costing framework across the product portfolio
• Deliver insightful reporting, variance analysis and performance commentary to support business decisions
• Provide financial evaluation of capital expenditure, process improvements and operational initiatives
• Manage inventory valuation, balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
• Lead audit preparation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Drive improvements across finance processes, reporting, ERP systems and data analytics
• Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling, scenario analysis and business case development
• Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across the business.

You are a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders and turning complex financial information into meaningful business outcomes.

You'll bring:

• CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Operational Finance role
• Strong experience within manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain or production environments
• Advanced financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting capability
• Experience with standard costing, inventory accounting and variance analysis
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel
• The ability to balance technical rigour with commercial thinking.
