🍫 About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused National Account Manager – Travel to join our Sales team.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales, this role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships across the Travel channel, including Travel Retail, Airlines and Cruises. You’ll drive sustainable growth through strategic account planning, commercial negotiation, new business development and exceptional customer partnerships.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape Koko Black Group’s presence across premium travel environments while delivering strong commercial outcomes and memorable customer experiences. This role is predominantly Melbourne based, with interstate travel required.

🍫 What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Travel Retail, Airline and Cruise accounts
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutually beneficial growth
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across the travel sector
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, trading terms and promotional activity
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and contribute to the S&OP process
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute seasonal campaigns and promotional programs
  • Ensure Koko Black products and brand standards are consistently represented across all customer touchpoints
  • Build strong industry networks and stay across emerging travel and premium food trends
  • Bring customer insights and market intelligence back into the business to inform future opportunities

You are a commercially astute account manager who thrives on building long-term partnerships and delivering results.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in account management, business development or sales within FMCG, retail, travel or hospitality sectors
  • Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts and account plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership
  • Passion for premium brands and exceptional customer experiences
