About the role:
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and generating growth through client relationships and looking for new opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in property management
- A current driver’s licence
- Be an Australian citizen or resident with a valid Australian work permit
- A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent certificate) or a Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice.
About you:
- Enjoy a supportive role within a team environment
- Exceptional communication skills and enjoy contact with people
- Professional personal presentation
- Ability to perform tasks both in the office and offsite at managed properties
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
- The ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail
