The opportunity
As a brand ambassador, you'll lead end-to-end recruitment, constantly hunting for top talent. With exceptional networking and stakeholder management skills, you'll help create outcome-focused recruitment strategies.
This hands-on role demands resourceful thinking to attract top talent. By working closely with the business, you'll truly understand the scope of each role and the type of talent we need to drive great outcomes. We are looking for someone with the ability and skill set to quickly interpret the needs of a role beyond the position description, ensuring we match the right talent to the right positions.
About you
We are seeking a professional with previous experience in a similar role who thrives on networking and engaging with people daily. This position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition from an agency to an in-house role or to advance their career, enhancing your skills with the support of a team dedicated to helping you grow within the recruitment field.
