The role
Are you tired of the bureaucracy and politics of big firms, but still want to work on quality, market-leading transactions? We’re looking for a senior lawyer to join our rapidly expanding Restructuring & Insolvency Practice. We’re a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.
This is a Senior Lawyer / Senior Associate position, working alongside Nicholas Edwards, our Head of Restructuring & Insolvency. The team has grown to be a leading R&I practice, and you will be given exposure to a wide range of issues arising from corporate distress with a focus on restructuring and turnaround. You will have the opportunity to act for lenders, insolvency practitioners, distressed debt funds, corporates and company directors.
We’re looking for someone:
- with 4+ years’ experience
- strong front-end Restructuring and Insolvency experience (however also open to candidates with a mixed practice)
- with a genuine passion for Restructuring & Insolvency
- wanting a fantastic team culture
- with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set
