What you’ll be doing

We’re a fast-growing, multi-faceted business, which means there’s space for you to roll up your sleeves, bring fresh ideas and perspectives, and see them come to life. You won’t get stuck in layers of bureaucracy or in a role that solely executes the BAU. Instead, you’ll work directly with our C-suite and senior stakeholders, to shape our strategy, culture and people experience as we continue to grow. Opportunities to business partner include:

  • Partnering with senior leaders and partners to align people strategy with business priorities
  • Leading workforce & succession planning
  • Supporting leadership development to drive change initiatives
  • Turning data and insights into smarter decisions and clear reporting
  • Handling complex employee relations matters, including coaching our leaders
  • Collaborating with the People Team to bring new ideas, programs, and initiatives that enhance our people experience and strengthen our culture
  • Overseeing onboarding, offboarding and employment lifecycle activities
  • Keeping policies and processes fresh and fit-for-purpose
  • Running key annual activities like performance and growth reviews

What we’re looking for

  • An experienced People Business Partner (professional services experience a bonus, however not essential)
  • Ability to balance strategic delivery and HR operations. Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and support the team as needed
  • Experience using data and analysis to identify insights that drive action
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organisational development, business management/commerce or related field is desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong experience in complex ER issues
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who works independently but thrives in a collaborative team
