  • Pay Rate: $145.00/hour depending on experience
  • Assignment Length: 1 year with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.
  • Shift Details: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Location: This is a hybrid role in which you will be expected to work at the Houston North Belt Campus 1-3 times per week.


Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate within a DevOps team to manage deployment plans, coordinate among internal teams, and drive customer success.
  • Analyze and define system scope and objectives for transitioning and managing customer requirements under general supervision.
  • Select and implement technologies, design strategies, troubleshoot, and document system architecture.
  • Develop test strategies for automated regression testing of systems.
  • Engage in projects of moderate scope and complexity, contributing to the development of assignments and schedules.
  • Manage 24/7 support teams, coordinate on-call schedules for onshore and offshore resources, and improve system uptime and reliability.

Authority Level:

  • Utilize technical skills to manage and transition customer requirements.
  • Influence technology selection and system design.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and document system architecture.
  • Develop and implement system validation strategies that align with customer requirements.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with executive presence, capable of delivering thoughts succinctly and tailoring information for the audience.
  • Experience in project management and coordinating deployment plans.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Git, Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment.
  • Experience in managing 24/7 support teams and coordinating on-call schedules for onshore resources, focusing on improving system uptime and reliability.
