Commercial Site Manager

Are you an experienced Commercial Site Manager able to deliver high quality luxury facilities? Our new Cotswold Hills site in Toowoomba is starting early 2026 and we're looking for someone who's ready to step into this exciting position from Day 1. You will be responsible for creating beautiful spaces that are the heart of our resorts and where the residents enjoy coming together to connect.

Our expert teams deliver luxury clubhouse facilities, entry statements, sales offices & other resort facilities.

As the Site Manager, you will take the lead coordinating a team of plant operators, labourers, and contractors to deliver exceptional commercial amenities on time and on budget. QA Build ensures quality and safety is not compromised on our projects. You will have your own dedicated Contracts Administrator to work alongside for the duration of the project. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader who can make decisions easily, provide effective solutions, keep projects running smoothly, communicate well and spot potential challenges early. 

Your responsibilities are:

• Site planning and documentation preparedness
• Monitoring build progress and providing feedback reports
• Ensuring quality assurance and compliance
• Maintaining accurate site diaries and visual records
• Managing defects and holding trades accountable
• Building team capability and ensuring compliance
• Leading and engaging your team to get the best out of them
• Running weekly coordination meetings and reporting to stakeholders

To be successful you must have:

• QBCC Supervisor License
• Extensive experience in Commercial Construction
• Proven background in managing sites efficiently
• Trade background essential - carpentry is preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
