Resort Gardener - Gold Coast

Do you love the outdoors and take pride in creating beautiful, welcoming spaces? We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Resort Gardener to help keep our GemLife Gold Coast resort looking it's best. You'll enjoy variety, autonomy, and working across our premium resort while being part of a supportive, hands-on team.  

About the Role

In this role, you will be based out of our Gold Coast Resort in Pimpama to ensure the grounds are kept to a high standard at all time with some travel to assist our Tweed Heads site too. A company vehicle will be used for any work related travel across the resorts to support the team as required. While this starts off as a casual position, there are full-time hours available and will transition into a permanent role for the successful candidate.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Caring for established gardens and grounds
• Mowing, hedging, weeding, mulching, fertilising & replanting when and as required
• Assisting resort teams to keep outdoor areas immaculate, safe and inviting
• Travelling between resort locations to support the Gold Coast & Tweed Heads Resorts
• Ensuring tasks are completed on time and to high standards
