At Eleven, Social Media Managers lead the client’s marketing communications. Not just PR, but social, content and broader communications too. You would be responsible for managing our most creative, exciting and challenging campaigns.   • Collaborate with PR professionals to understand client brand voice, target audiences, and campaign goals. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). 
  • Create engaging and high-quality social media content (text, visuals, videos) that resonates with target audiences. 
  • Manage social media calendars and schedules for consistent posting and engagement. 
  • Identify and partner with relevant influencers to amplify brand reach and build brand loyalty. 
  • Monitor social media conversations, brand mentions, and industry trends. 
  • Analyze social media data and reporting to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools, platforms, and best practices. 


Skills & Experience 

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns. 
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their unique audiences. 
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences. 
  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaboration. 
  • A passion for social media and staying ahead of the latest trends. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach. 

 

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience working in the PR industry. 
  • Knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social). 
  • Video editing skills.
