We’re on the hunt for a Senior Business Manager to join Eleven PR, one of the most awarded PR agencies in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, you’ll be part of a team known for bold, creatively-led work that makes cultural impact. We’re fully plugged into our creative agency partners at TBWA, delivering some of the most talked-about integrated campaigns in the country. 

Role Overview 

As a Senior Business Manager, you’ll be a trusted day-to-day lead across a portfolio of clients. This role is perfect for someone with strong core PR skills who’s ready to step up: leading projects, managing clients with confidence, and mentoring junior team members - while still staying close to the craft. 

You’ll work across some of our most exciting and challenging campaigns, with the opportunity to produce award-winning, career-defining work. This is a role that will stretch you creatively, strategically, and professionally, while giving you space to develop as a future leader. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead development and implementation of media and influencer engagement plans 
• Write and develop standout content for a range of mediums and audiences 
• Manage client relationships and lead day-to-day communications 
• Oversee campaign execution, reporting and analysis 
• Manage online communities and social channels where required 
• Mentor and support junior team members 
• Contribute to big creative ideas for campaigns and always-on activity 

Skills & Experience 

• 3–5 years’ PR experience, ideally agency side 
• Strong client management skills and the ability to lead meetings with confidence 
• Demonstrated experience in media relations and influencer engagement 
• Proven ability to deliver creative campaigns with measurable results 
• Strong writing and content development skills across multiple formats 
• Collaborative, solutions-focused, and able to work seamlessly with diverse disciplines 
• Organised and detail-driven, with excellent time and project management skills
