About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, hands-on General Hands to support operations across our iconic Kimberley properties, including El Questro and Lake Argyle.

This is a varied role suited to people who are practical, adaptable and happy to jump in wherever needed. One day you might be assisting housekeeping or grounds, the next helping with basic maintenance, logistics or guest support. No two days are the same in the Kimberley.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting across departments as required (housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, F&B support)
  • General cleaning, setup and pack-down duties
  • Supporting daily operations to keep things running smoothly
  • Working as part of a close-knit seasonal team
  • Following safety procedures and site guidelines

About You

  • Happy with physical, hands-on work
  • Reliable, adaptable and a strong team player
  • Comfortable working in remote and outdoor environments
  • Willing to learn and help out across different areas
  • Previous hospitality, maintenance or general labouring experience is an advantage (but not essential)

This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
