The Role

We are seeking a hands‑on, energetic Activities Coordinator to join our team at El Questro. This role is perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences in a remote environment.

You will support the daily delivery of activities and tours, ensuring guests can safely explore and fully enjoy everything El Questro has to offer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of tours, hikes, and daily guest activities
  • Assist with bookings, scheduling, and guest check‑ins
  • Prepare equipment, vehicles, and gear for daily operations
  • Provide friendly, informative, and safety‑focused guest experiences
  • Work closely with the Activities Manager and broader team to maintain high standards

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in tourism, recreation, or hospitality
  • A positive attitude and confidence interacting with guests from all backgrounds
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills
  • Manual driver’s licence essential
  • First Aid and 4WD experience highly regarded


This is a remote role, where you will be living and working at El Questro. As such, please consider the reality of living in a remote location for an extended period of time. This role includes extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery
