The Role
We are looking for a great person to join the team during our peak periods. You will assist park management with the operation of the Kids Club, working with small groups of children and guests, planning and delivering kids club activities over the busy school holiday period. Your focus will be servicing our guests and their children, ensuring they leave Discovery wanting more!
About You
You will be someone able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also understanding the bigger picture for the rest of the team. You will bring to the role:
- Fantastic customer service, particularly interacting with children
- Ability to forward-plan, ensuring the correct equipment is available and on hand for kids club sessions
- Proven and demonstrated experience in working with and developing relationships with a diverse customer base
- Willingness to complete general cleaning and administration tasks as required
- Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice
- Working With Children Clearance or willing to provide one
