The role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Park Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ardrossan property, an established and community focused park located in one of South Australia’s most welcoming coastal towns.
Ardrossan sits on the eastern coast of the Yorke Peninsula, about 150 kilometres from Adelaide, known for its dramatic red coastal cliffs, strong agricultural heritage and relaxed seaside lifestyle.
This is a single employee park that is home to 38 permanent residents with a small number of contract sites. There is no tourist component, making it ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, routine and meaningful interaction with long term residents. You will also work closely with the Regional Manager on capex planning and spending.
An onsite residence is included, and the role is offered as an 18‑month contract with opportunity to extend.

What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing day to day operations of a permanent resident park
- Building strong relationships with residents and providing high quality service
- Handling administration, site records, compliance, reporting and general office duties
- Performing hands on tasks including grounds maintenance, minor repairs and inspections
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness and high standards of park presentation
- Coordinating capex projects in partnership with the Regional Manager
- Problem solving and independently managing daily operational needs
What You Will Need
- Experience in accommodation, facilities, property or community management
- Practical, hands-on skill set and willingness to undertake a range of tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with long term residents
- High level of organisation, reliability and accountability
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the park
- General computer literacy and familiarity with reporting and compliance processes
- Flexibility for occasional after hours needs typical of a single operator park
Before receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records. Additionally, a valid Working with Children's Check specific to the state is required.
This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
