The Role

As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the office administration team for the resort. You will be accountable for adherence to Discovery Parks policies and procedures in the achievement of the Resorts goals and objectives.   

You will drive a customer-centric approach through all activities to ensure a high standard of customer service including: actively seeking customer feedback with a view to continuous improvement; working closely with the General Manager to respond to any positive or negative feedback from customers. 

Other duties will include the performance of daily administrative tasks including serving guests at the front counter or over the phone and maintaining entries in the RMS booking system, rostering and timesheet authorisation and all areas of people management.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Experience within the hospitality industry preferred;
  • RMS experience or comparable Reservation Booking System;
  • Computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite;
  • Well presented and organised 
  • Great people and relationships building skills, and
  • A flexible attitude to work roster including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current drivers licence essential
