About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Park Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Discovery Parks – Eden property. Surrounded by pristine beaches, bushland and incredible wildlife, Eden is a popular destination for travelers seeking a true coastal escape — and you’ll be at the heart of it all.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for people, performance, and presentation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences and the smooth running of park operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a motivated team across housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and grounds
- Driving a positive team culture with strong service standards
- Overseeing all financial aspects including P&L, budgeting, and cost control
- Working closely with the revenue team and stakeholders to grow business performance
- Ensuring strong compliance, asset management, and park presentation
- Supporting park operations on the ground, including after-hours responsibilities
About You
You’re a results-driven, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic tourism environment. With proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management, you bring a balance of operational discipline and genuine care for guests and staff alike.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality, tourism, or accommodation leadership
- Strength in team management, training, and culture-building
- Solid financial acumen and budgeting capabilities
- Tech confidence – MS Office essential; RMS or similar system experience desirable
- A proactive, hands-on approach to park operations
- A current driver’s licence
- A passion for the outdoors and the holiday park lifestyle
