About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Park Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Discovery Parks – Eden property. Surrounded by pristine beaches, bushland and incredible wildlife, Eden is a popular destination for travelers seeking a true coastal escape — and you’ll be at the heart of it all.

This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for people, performance, and presentation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences and the smooth running of park operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing a motivated team across housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, and grounds
• Driving a positive team culture with strong service standards
• Overseeing all financial aspects including P&L, budgeting, and cost control
• Working closely with the revenue team and stakeholders to grow business performance
• Ensuring strong compliance, asset management, and park presentation
• Supporting park operations on the ground, including after-hours responsibilities

About You

You’re a results-driven, people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic tourism environment. With proven experience in hospitality or accommodation management, you bring a balance of operational discipline and genuine care for guests and staff alike.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Demonstrated experience in hospitality, tourism, or accommodation leadership
• Strength in team management, training, and culture-building
• Solid financial acumen and budgeting capabilities
• Tech confidence – MS Office essential; RMS or similar system experience desirable
• A proactive, hands-on approach to park operations
• A current driver’s licence
• A passion for the outdoors and the holiday park lifestyle
